Katherine Mandolidis, BA, MA

Katherine Mandolidis is a dedicated dance movement therapist specializing in adaptive and expressive movement therapy to support emotional resilience, body awareness, connection, and embodiment. With an MA in Dance Movement Therapy from the University of Auckland, she brings experience facilitating therapeutic programs for individuals with diverse physical and neurological needs. As a dance educator, Katherine offers a unique skillset to support artists and high-performance athletes integrating mind-body connectivity. Client focus includes anxiety, disordered eating, body image, neurodivergence, burnout, grief and loss, nervous system regulation, and depression. Katherine’s collaborative approach combines mindful movement, creative expression, and somatic techniques, designed to foster a safe space for clients to explore and express themselves: drawing from Somatic Therapy, with a Person-Centered and Strength-Based Approach.
