Welcome to The Burrow! We are pleased to be a part of Canopy Studios, and to be the home for a collective of independent practitioners dedicated to supporting your journey toward wholistic well-being. With practices rooted in creativity and body-based healing, we offer a safe and comfortable space for massage therapy, dance/movement therapy, expressive arts therapies, yoga, and more. Through embodied practices that nurture the body-mind connection, we guide you toward harmony and self-connection.

About Us

Our welcoming space is also available for rentals, perfect for creative workshops, gatherings or intimate groups that require a cozy space for their embodiment or healing offerings. Additionally, we host occasional workshops led by our practitioners to support your personal and professional growth.
